• Bets placed before an event begins are accepted at the pre-set odds. In live betting, odds change in real time.
• If an event is not completed within the scheduled time, EX 88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• The minimum and maximum stake for each bet is displayed on the platform and must be adhered to.

Odds & results:

• Odds are set by EX 88 and may change at any time until a bet is confirmed.
• Match results will be determined based on official results from internationally recognized bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• In the event of any dispute over a result, EX 88's decision shall be considered final.

Any betting-related complaint must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the result being announced. Complaints raised after this period will not be accepted.

EX 88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read before accepting.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting a specified wagering requirement, typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Meeting the playthrough requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings obtained using a bonus.

• Match fixing: Attempting to predetermine the outcome of any event, or placing bets using inside information related to such outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profits by using multiple accounts or platforms.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses without meeting the bonus terms, or through multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Hacking or technical manipulation: Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or odds system.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or operating another person's account.

EX 88 places the highest priority on the security of your personal information and financial data. We protect all data using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Your personal information will never be sold or transferred to any third party.
• Information may be required to be disclosed in response to legal obligations or requests from regulatory authorities.
